
Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia)
Tea Tree, Pure Essential Oil of (Melaleuca alternifolia):
Another of the amazing essential oils from the Malaleuca family of trees, Tea Tree essential oil has recently enjoyed immense recognition for its potent ant-fungal, antiseptic, anti-viral and anti-bacterial actions . It makes an excellent treatment for a wide spectrum of skin ailments and complaints, from acne, athletes foot, toenail fungus, yeast infections, cold sores and mouth ulcers. Tea Tree essential oils powerful germ fighting capabilities does not make it irritating or toxic to even sensitive skin.

Thyme-White, Pure Essential Oil of (Thymus vulgaris, linalol):
White Thyme essential oil has a strong, spicy, herbaceous aroma, and its potent scent is indicative of its equally potent antiseptic properties. It is an analgesic, a stimulant for the circulation, and is energizing mentally when inhaled. It makes an excellent scalp treatment and prevents hair loss. Its strong antiseptic, cleansing qualities make it ideal as a treatment for oily, acne-prone skin. This variety of Thyme (linalol) when used in skin care and cosmetic preparations is a non-irritant with less possibility of sensitization, safe for use on the skin and with children.
Titanium Dioxide:
Inert earth mineral used as a thickening, whitening, lubricating, and sunscreen ingredient in cosmetics. It protects skin from UVA and UVB radiation and is considered to have no risk of skin irritation. Also said to be soothing, softening, healing and anti-bacterial in skin care and cosmetic products.
Turbinado Sugar (Sucrose):
Turbinado sugar is made using 100% pure cane sugar and retains the natural molasses in the sugar crystals.
Tyrosine:
L-tyrosine is a non-essential amino acid that can be made from L-phenylalanine in the body. L-tyrosine is also the precursor for thyroid hormone and the skin pigment melanin. As well as being incorporated into body proteins, L-tyrosine is the raw material from which a group of neurotransmitters (brain chemicals) called catecholamines are formed. One of the catecholamines formed from L-tyrosine is adrenalin. Adrenalin, together with other neurotransmitters, helps to focus the mind and improve concentration during stress. L-tyrosine should be avoided as a supplement by those with high blood pressure or melanoma.
Tyrosinase:
A copper-containing enzyme of plant and animal tissues that catalyzes the production of melanin and other pigments from tyrosine by oxidation, as in the blackening of a peeled or sliced apple exposed to air.
