Dead sea salts, Mineral salts, Epsom salts, Sodium bicarbonate (Baking soda), Ascophyllum nodosum (Sea Kelp), Simmondsia chinesis (Jojoba) oil, Apricot kernel oil, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), pure essential oils of Cupressus sempervirens (Cypress), Pogostemon cablin (Patchouli), Citrus racemosa (Grapefruit), Cedarus atlantica (Atlas Cedarwood), Juniperus communis (Juniper Berry), Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender), Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary), Pelargoneum gravelons (Geranium), Citrus sinensis (Orange), Thymus Linalol (Thyme).

How to use:
Before beginning your spa bath get a glass or bottle of water to drink while taking your detox bath. For increased effectiveness you may also use our Cellulite-Detox Body Scrub and follow directions, leave it on as you fill the tub to desired level with warm or hot water (see below).

Note: If you choose not to use the cellulite-detox body scrub product try using a dry loofah, scrub pad or natural bristle brush and brush your skin in upward motions toward the heart. Mist or wet skin before using the dry brush method and wait at least 30 minutes after before taking your detox bath. Pour 2 scoops (included) of bath salts in the water. Our salts are concentrated you don't need a lot to get results.

There are two types of baths, a hot water bath will enhance sweating and elimination.  A warm water bath enhances absorption. We suggest you rotate every other bath between the elimination hot bath and the absorption warm bath to maximize effectiveness.
 
If desired you can rinse off the scrub in the shower before getting in the tub or leave it on. While in the bath tub use your hands to knead the areas of the skin that have cellulite to help the release of toxins and the breakdown of fats. You may need to run more warm water as you take your 20-30 minute detox bath. Close your eyes and relax, breathe deeply and slowly. When finished pat skin dry and apply Cellulite-Detox Massage Gel and/or Cellulite-Detox Massage Oil following the directions.

Packaged in 16 oz. PET white jar. Keep tightly closed when not in use and store in a cool dry place. Do not use if pregnant or nursing.
