Ingredients:
Dead sea salts, Avena sativa (Colloidal Oat) flour, Simmondsia chinesis (Jojoba) oil, Organic Linum usitatissimim) Flax Seed oil, Calendula CO2 extract, Hypericum montana (St John's Wort) extract, Tcopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), pure essential oils of Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender), Matricaria recutica (Blue German Chamomile), Citrus bergamia (Bergamot) and Achillea millefolium (Blue Yarrow).

How to use:
Fill your tub with warm water. Pour 2 scoops (included) of bath salts in the water. Our salts are concentrated you don't need a lot to get results. You may need to run more warm water as you take your 20-30 minute relaxing healing bath. Lie back in the tub, close your eyes and relax, let the water cover you as much as possible. When finished gently pat skin dry and apply Psoriasis Relief Massage Gel to affected areas as needed following the directions.  For maximum results bathe with the dead sea salts at least 4 times a week followed with our Psoriasis Relief Face & Body Massage.
