GLA has anti-inflammatory effect. Essential fatty acids are shown to be effective in healing of inflammatory skin conditions including acne, eczema and rosacea. Helps balance the skin’s sebum production and in controlling the outbreak of blackheads, whiteheads and lumps under the skin. For optimal acne control one should also take a dietary supplement containing essential vitamins, zinc, amino acids, and a fish oil/omega-3/omega-6 supplement.

Olea europaea (Oilve Leaf) Extract – Contains potent phenolic compound oleuropein, which has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Olive polyphenols have anti-microbial activity against certain gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. Also acts as a soothing moisturizing conditioner for the skin.

Aloe contains bradykinase, which is a protease inhibitor that relieves pain and decreases swelling and redness.
