On-Line Orders
Herbal Luxuries offer secure payment options direct through our website. Our customers can place secured transactions for their orders with the following major credit cards; Visa, VISA Debit Card, MasterCard, and Discover. We also accept phone orders using your checks, credit or debit cards. You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed on our site another after your order has shipped. You may come back to our site at anytime to check the current status of your order by logging into your account.

New: Electronic Check Payments (USA Only)
Herbal Luxuries can now accept electronic check payments for orders placed via phone or online. This is safe and highest levels of security in the industry and as usual we store none of your financial information. If you want to use your checking account as a form of payment you can call-in the order or place the order on-line and then call us to make the payment. You must have your check in front of you when you call. Orders will be held 3-7 business days until funds have cleared. Please be aware there is a $30 charge for all returned checks.

PayPal Orders
Herbal Luxuries provide our shoppers the option of using PayPal. This a great option for shoppers that have credit cards but prefer paying with cash and it's free. You can pay direct from your checking account through PayPal. All PayPal transactions are secure and Herbal Luxuries is a PayPal Verified vendor.

To order by mail download our PDF order form and complete all required information as instructed. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader 7 or greater to view and print this form. If you don't have Acrobat Reader 7 installed click the icon to download a free copy.  Please write legibly.  Make a check or money order, (U.S. funds only) payable to Herbal Luxuries. Please note that personal checks may delay your order up to 14 business days from receipt for bank clearance. There is a $30 charge for returned checks in addition to the amount of the check. If paying by credit card include your complete card number, CVV* security number from the back of your card, expiration date, billing and, shipping addresses. Please be sure to sign your name. Telephone Orders
Please have your order ready and then call toll free 1-866-825-6584. A real person will answer 9 A.M. to 4 P.M., Monday through Friday. If we are busy, please leave a message, your call will be promptly returned.

Custom Products
Custom products are not subject to returns.

Order Minimums
We will not process orders that total less than $20.00 before shipping charges.

Back Order and Out of Stock Items
Occasionally we run short of an item. We will email you if an item is not available at the time you place your order. If you request, we cancel your backorder item, give you a prompt refund on your credit card, or on your next order, which ever you prefer. If we expect to be out of stock longer than 1 week we will ask you to re-order that item at a later date.

Returns/Refund Policy
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase of any Herbal Luxuries product, however, our standard policy is that we will not accept returns of any open product. We can accept returns only on unopened resalable items within 10 days of their receipt. This means that the seal or wrapping on the product must be in place, it can not be opened. You must promptly contact us and return the item(s) to arrive within 10 days of your approval. All unauthorized returns are discarded and there will be no refund or return of products. All conditions must be met for us to process a refund.

If you have not used our skin care products before we encourage you to order the sample sizes before purchasing a larger size product. All returns require prior approval. Upon receipt of an approved return we will promptly process your refund. Please keep in mind shipping fees are not refundable for any reason. Review your purchase prior to completing your order. No product that has been opened will be accepted on a return without approval. Please note that samples cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Undeliverable Orders
We ship all mainland orders UPS Ground and require delivery confirmation. UPS sends an email to each customer on all our shipments that include tracking number and expected delivery date. If for some reason you will not be available on that date leave your UPS driver a signed note telling them to either leave the package or you can call them to have your package delivered to another location. If we have shipped an order to the address entered on your order and UPS has made attempts to deliver yet the customer has taken no action or contacted UPS to make delivery arrangements and the package is returned to Herbal Luxuries after UPS has exhausted all efforts (they make several attempts); we will charge a 30% restocking fee and shipping will not be refunded.

Order Cancellations
Order cancellations that occur before the order is packaged are subject to a 10% service charge. Order cancellations before an order is shipped but the order has been packaged will incur a 15% restocking charge.

Product Quality
We are strongly committed to producing quality natural skin, hair and body care products using the finest natural and organic ingredients and cosmeceuticals available. Our products are made fresh weekly in small batches and as such may vary in color or consistency. These variations are a result of batch size and not a flaw but rather a unique quality of our natural products that only indicates their freshness.

Product Samples
We receive many inquiries regarding free product samples which we do not provide. Samples are for sale in our store for 95% of our products. We do send free samples, of our choice, on every order placed in our store and to our promotion winners. Due to the cost of making our quality natural skin care products, and the materials, ingredients, packaging, shipping etc. involved with marketing our products we feel the small charge for our samples is a fair assessment and that our samples have value. Our samples range in price from $4-$13 depending on the product. The purpose of the sample is to give you an opportunity to determine if the products agree with your skin or hair. If you want to see maximum results or wish to use a product for 3 to 4 weeks we suggest you buy the regular size.
