When Herbal Luxuries ships an international order we send an email with shipping information as we do for all orders. The dates presented on our shopping cart next to all shipping options are the estimated delivery days from the date an order is shipped as provided by the US Postal Service.
International customers should note the shipment date per the notification email and within 7-10 business days (priority mail) from that date contact the customs department at your local post office as all orders shipped to a foreign destination go through customs in the designated country and customs can hold an order for weeks if you do not contact them. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, etc that may be applicable before customs will release the package.
We are currently shipping to the U.S. and Canada only effective 12/12/11.
