Herbal Luxuries Preferred Customer (HLPC) Loyalty Rewards Program
Herbal Luxuries offers a completely FREE customer loyalty rewards program as a way to express our appreciation for your repeat business and continued support.
How do I join the program?
Although the loyalty rewards program is completely Free you must be an existing customer with an account in order to join the rewards program. New customers are eligible for the program after completion/shipping of their first order. When you log-in after creating your account, click on Profile Details, then click the USERS GROUP TAB, click JOIN shown next to the rewards program to subscribe. After joining the program whenever you place an order points are automatically calculated for each order and added to your account. The total points earned are displayed for your review whenever you log-in to your account. Points are available after an order's status is updated to completed/shipped.
Why do I need an account?
Our software keeps track of your earned points whenever you place an order and also track points used. In order to do this a customer must have an account meaning they do not use quick check-out on our website when placing orders.
How do I acquire points?
This program gives you 1 point for each $1 spent on qualified merchandise on your internet orders through the herballuxuries.com website. Reward points can be redeemed as credits towards future merchandise purchases on the website at any time after an order is processed where points are earned.
* If your first order is $100 after joining the loyalty rewards program we will add 50 bonus points to your account.
* If your first order is $200 or more we will add 75 bonus points to your account.
How do I know how many points are needed to purchase a specific product?
The points value of all eligible products are displayed on the product details pages on our website so you will easily know how many points you need to buy your favorite Herbal Luxuries skin care product.
Can I redeem partial points?
If you log-in before shopping the cart will automatically display the points you have available during check-out and you can input the number of points you want to apply against the current order. You can redeem all or a portion of your total points available.
What other ways I can acquire points?
* For every accepted testimonial and/or product review submitted we will add 30 bonus points to your account. Product reviews must be on products you have purchased in the past 90 days. Testimonials are not tied to a specific product. Product reviews and testimonials must be entered on our website to receive your bonus points. If you submit an accepted product review and an accepted testimonial you will be awarded 60 bonus points. This will be limited to one testimonial per year. Product reviews are not limited as long as it is not for the same product.
* Refer 3 friends that place a validated order and you will be awarded 20 bonus points for each of their orders (a total of 60 bonus points). The bonus points will be added to your account 30 days after your friend's orders have been shipped.

What happens if I return an item or cancel an order?
If you return an item any points awarded for the item will be deducted. If an order is canceled and points were awarded they will be deducted.
Are discounts considered when points are calculated?
Yes, the software awards points based on the dollar value of the order so discounts are considered in that calculation.
Terms and conditions for Herbal Luxuries Preferred Customer (HLPC) rewards program:
Preferred customer loyalty rewards are earned and accrued on select merchandise totals and not earned/accrued on shipping, taxes or other fees.
Preferred customer rewards are applied to the person's account making the purchase, not the gift recipient.
Preferred customer rewards are credited towards merchandise total only.
Reward credits can not be used towards any tax or shipping charges.
Customer reward points are nontransferable. Points have no cash value and can not be redeemed for cash.
Herbal Luxuries Preferred Customer (HLPC) reward points will expire after 1 year from the date of last purchase.
Herbal Luxuries Preferred Customer (HLPC) rewards program is subject to change without notice.
Reward credits are not accrued on HLSC membership renewals or new applications.
Rewards point are not accrued on samples but can be used to purchase samples.
Adjustments on loyalty points for excluded items may not be reflected on the current packing slip/invoice enclosed in your package. We reserve the right to make such adjustments as necessary.
Certain accounts (Wholesale and Affiliates) are not eligible for this program.
