Current Shipping Schedule
Orders are shipped Tuesday and Friday. Orders placed on those days will ship the following ship date.

New US Postal Service shipping options have been launched for international orders, please click here to read this important information. Orders can be be placed online securely 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  All orders (domestic and international) are shipped insured if available.

Express shipping is available for in-stock items and may be presented during the check-out process. Choosing express shipping does not mean we will ship your order earlier than our schedule; it only assures that when we ship your order it will be via express mail.

Rush orders if accepted, APO’s, FPO’s, and some international shipments are subject to a service fee. We will always send an email notifying you when your order has shipped and you may log into your account on our website to check the status of an order 24 hours a day.

International Shipping
We ship all international orders USPS (US Postal Service) via Priority Mail International or Express Mail based on your selection during check-out. All rates and methods available for international locations are presented automatically via our interface with the US Postal Service. We do not ship to certain destinations and you can check the list of countries by adding an item to the cart and estimating shipping.

In some areas your package may have a lengthy delay due to customs requirements for this reason please allow 14-21 working days from the date you receive a ship status email before making an inquiry. This will assure that when we track (limited depending on location) your package there will be good tracking data available. All international packages are shipped insured and signature required. We can not replace an insured international package until we receive verification that it was never received by customs at the ship to location. We will ship it to the address provided on the order, it is your responsibility to provide an accurate address and check with your customs or mail delivery officials to find out why they are holding your package.

Why International Priority Mail ?

Damage
Damage or loss incurred during shipping is the delivery company’s responsibility and claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier if your package is insured. All orders are shipped insured except Global Priority Mail. Although the addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper, we will be happy to assist you in anyway we can.

Shipping Specials
From time to time we offer free shipping on select products or total retail orders in our store and we will choose the shipping method. It will always be one of the methods listed above.
