Ingredients for Dry/Sensitive/Mature Skin Types:
Organic Comfrey, Organic Chamomile, Organic Lavender, Organic Echinacea, Organic Calendula, Jasmine Flowers and essential oil of Lavender.

Ingredients for Oily/Acne:
Organic Comfrey, Organic Lemongrass, Organic Rosemary, Organic Echinacea, Organic Peppermint, Neem Leaf, Helichrysum Flowers and essentials oil of Petitgrain.

Ingredients for Normal/Combination:
Organic Comfrey, Organic Elderflower, Organic Lavender, Organic Lemon balm, Organic Calendula and essentials oil of Ylang Ylang.
 
How to use:
Cleanse skin prior to beginning your steam. Get large towel, bowl and herbs. Boil 2 cups water. Place 2 tbsp. of herbs in a bowl, pour hot water over herbs. Place bowl on trinket or pot holder and place on table. Cover your head with a large towel and place your face 6-10 inches or whatever is comfortable for you over the steaming bowl of herbs. Try to steam at least 5-8 minutes. If it gets too hot lift one end of the towel, when done pat face dry and follow with toner, mask or moisturizer for your skin type.
