My Account Profile Details

Upon log-in you can access your account profile details including changing password and updating address information. Customers can store more than one shipping address and select the one they want to use during checkout. Always click save at the end of the page when making changes. Click on the User Groups tab to enroll in the customer loyalty rewards program.

View Orders

When logged into your account you can view a list of prior orders and the current status. Click on an order number to view the order details including tracking numbers if shipped.

Using Tags

Use tags to easily find your favorite products directly from your account pages. Save time by not having to look through all the products to find your favorites. Tag your favorites with a phrase and they will be listed in your “My Tags” list when you want to order them again.

Click on my tags on the “My Account” menu to view all the products you have tagged as your favorites.

Products can be added to your wish list which can later be viewed from your account.

Order Information

Customers can re-order the same products from a previous order with one click of a button. Send us communication regarding an order, print invoices and view shipment information including tracking numbers.

Orders can be re-submitted if it was cancelled or failed authorization right from the orders details page in your account.
